T’ai-Chi Chuan or T’ai Chi (pronounced “tie-jee”)
Learn to “quiet” your mind through meditation in movement. Learn to achieve unity, harmony, and balance within and without. Everyone is welcomed. No prior experience is necessary. NO REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED, A LOVE OFFERING IS ENCOURAGED. Ongoing class meets Mondays and Wednesdays, year-round from 11:00 am-Noon.
