Basic Truth Principles I
Begin your journey to better living by exploring New Thought approaches to traditional Christian concepts of God, Prayer, Jesus and much more. This is a fundamental class ideal for the New Thinker and the newcomer to New Thought. Come prepared to examine your beliefs and to determine for yourself if they are still fitting.

THE HEALING POWER OF GRIEF
Grief is a normal and natural response to change, any type of change, all change. Most people deal with grief in unhealthy ways-some of us choose to numb our pain with drinking or drugs, with busyness or buying, with distractions or obsessions. In this workshop, we will explore how to move through grief in healthy ways-the healing power of grief-grief’s alchemy, the gift that grief offers us.
We will explore:
1. Listening to pain.
2. Emotional alchemy.
3. Global healing and more.

ADULT BIBLE SUNDAY SCHOOL
Expand your knowledge and understanding of the Bible. Learn the stories of the Bible, their metaphysical interpretations, and the meaning for your life. NO REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED, A LOVE OFFERING IS ENCOURAGED.

Class Requirements: The Bible (NRSV), The Metaphysical Bible Dictionary (C. Fillmore), and a desire for greater understanding of the Scriptures.

SELF-CARE SUPPORT THROUGH CROCHETING
Crocheting is a gentle, impact activity which promotes a sense of harmony, relaxation, accomplishment, and so much more! This course is for beginners as well as intermediate students. Bring to class a color of your choice wool ball and a 5.25 size crochet needle or a size needle that you are comfortable using. (In person at UTC)

In these initial sessions, participants will learn how to navigate and utilize various devices and software effectively. SENIOR FITNESS DANCE CLASS
This five-week class will consist of Line Dances and Gentle Aerobic movements for active adults fifty and older. Your Silver Sneakers and Active & Fit plans will cover the cost of this activity. Otherwise, there is a $5 fee per class collected by the instructor. Have fun while enjoying the benefits of improved physical, mental, and cardiovascular health, enhanced social interaction, increased balance, coordination, strength, and improved overall well-being!

REGISTRATION FEES
The registration fee for each class in the Master Certificate Program is $20.00. In addition, a love offering is encouraged. The registration fee for all Master Plus Program sessions is $75.00 (includes registration fee and love offering). ALL registration fees are non-refundable. All registrations received on or after the first-class meeting are assessed a $5.00 late fee. There are also some FREE classes and workshops. A love offering is encouraged. All programs are scheduled in Eastern Standard Time (EST).

CREDITS
Students in the Master Certificate Program earn 3 credits for all required classes and 2 credits for all elective classes. Students in the Master Plus Program earn 3 credits for each session. Electives are not offered in the Master Plus Program. Students of the Life Enhancement Studies do not receive credits.
BOOKS AND SUPPLIES
The faculty will discuss class texts and other required materials at the first-class meeting. All required and supplemental books for classes are available at the Illuminations Bookstore at the Universal Truth Center. Students are encouraged to purchase books from the UTC bookstore to ensure their book is from the same publisher used in the class or workshop. Class books should be purchased before the first day of class.
CLASS DURATIONS
All Master Certificate Program required classes meet for 10 weeks. All elective classes meet for a minimum of 8 weeks. The Master Plus Program classes meet for 10 weeks. Details about the duration of Life Enhancement Classes are included in the class descriptions.
REFUNDS
If your class is cancelled for any reason, a refund check will be mailed to you two weeks after the cancellation of the class. All issues regarding refunds MUST be directed to the Spiritual Education Ministry.
