Certified Holistic Fitness Practitioner, Nadirah Shakir will guide us through one of her customized body blessing sessions. Prepare to align your mind, body, and spirit, for the purpose of activating the Life Principle of your own Being. Attendees should dress comfortably, bring a yoga or exercise mat as gentle movement and breath work are a part of the session. (Chair accommodations will be made.)
